Dr. Pratibha Chaturvedi Executive Partner, Pre-clinical and Clinical Affairs
Pratibha is a Senior Consultant and co-founder of VeriScience Inc. Before that she worked as Scientific Director at KGK Synergize Inc. heading the contract research services division. She was responsible for consulting clients, designing and developing protocols for pre-clinical and clinical studies, in addition to data analysis and preparation of scientific reports. Pratibha’s previous employment at Diabetogen Bioscience Inc. as Senior Scientist provided her with extensive expertise in lead product selection and development, project planning with budget, timelines and milestones. She received her Ph.D. in Immunology and completed postdoctoral training at the University of Western Ontario. Her key areas of expertise include, Immunology, monoclonal antibodies, cancer, type 1 and 2 diabetes, small molecule (peptide) based therapies, autoimmune diseases and inflammation.
Paul Huntington, B.A. Sc. & P.Eng. Executive Partner, Pharmaceutical Process Engineering & Validation
Paul is the President of Cheme and has a B.A. Sc and P. Eng. Paul brings over 20 years of practical engineering experience performing engineering, commissioning and validation work in the Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology industries on process equipment and cGMP support utilities. Paul’s breadth of knowledge in managing start-up pharmaceutical projects under cGMP regulations included experience in development and scale up of fermentation and downstream processing, including specific hands on knowledge of processing techniques. He is expert at troubleshooting and mitigation of process and equipment issues. Paul has designed systems and process skids using a number of technologies: Integration of SIP/CIP, BL2 Continuous Decontamination, Sterile Filtration, Centrifugation for bacterial and cell recovery, cross-flow filtration, chromatography, Purified Water, WFI, and Clean Steam. Paul is supported by a team of Professional Engineers and Validation Specialists.
Navtej Sekhon, M.Eng. Prof. Engineer Executive Partner, AxSource Infotech Inc.
Navtej leads the Professional Practice of AxSource Infotech Inc. Navtej brings more than 22 years of experience in management and launch of successful professional services practices in various businesses. Working with many global firms, he has attained a proven track record of growing and mentoring IT professionals; guiding them in best practices in technology-enabled businesses. His experience spans across numerous industries that include engineering & construction, IT professional services, process manufacturing, primary metals, food and beverages, high-tech and renewable energy. Navtej has played a strategic role business development, professional services and program management. Navtej completed his Masters of Engineering from University of Toronto and obtained his Bachelors in Civil and Structural Engineering. The team of of developers, project managers, technical and functional consultants at AxSource Infotech support all CSV projects for AxSource Consulting Inc.

AxSource is pleased to be supported Tera Bradford of McInnes Cooper law firm. Tera is an Associate in our Saint John office. She received a Bachelor of Arts degree with a double major in Law In Society and Economic Studies from the University of New Brunswick in 2004 and a Bachelor of Laws degree from the University of New Brunswick in 2007. She was called to the New Brunswick Bar in June, 2008.
Tera practices in the following areas of law: corporate and commercial transactions, residential and commercial property transactions, and wills and estates. She provides advice to individuals, private corporations and other entities in connection with incorporating businesses, assisting vendors and purchasers in connection with share and asset purchases, assisting with the drafting, negotiating and other transactional aspects of the acquisition and/or disposition of lands, including letters of offers, agreements of purchase and sales, options agreements, lending documents and closing documents.
